Susan Grigsby‘s insight:

I LOVE this idea yet I would take it further and ask TEACHERS to show their creative confidence, too. To me, a missing element in quality teaching is creativity – we’ve been beaten down to think our ideas are not "standards-based" or not "testable" or not good "professionalism." The best teachers are the ones who try new things and are creative about instructional delivery and the OpenIDEO challenge is a great way to pull in more instructors.
