PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Budget cuts have shuttered libraries at many of Philadelphia top public schools.

Susan Grigsby‘s insight:

I love it when I see people take up the slack for the poor decisions made by school or political leaders. This is an example of folks taking action instead of wringing their hands and leaving all those high school students without a library. It’s not a fix but it is a band-aid.
