From the article, keep this caveat in mind: Without having used it ourselves, it’s hard to say how accurate it is, but the tools themselves have their own issues with accuracy, for most language teachers acting more as a rough guide than a laser-sharp diagnostic tool.

It may not be 100% accurate but it will give teachers and librarians some useful information with which to make their own informed decisions.
