Critically Examining What You Teach

This one really got me thinking. Is part of the problem with education that we don’t question the design of our courses of study? The author says that a course that simply goes "through the textbook, page by page, is simply not a course by any valid set of criteria" yet that is what many classroom teachers are bound by. 

The biggest take-away for me is the list of "7 prompts that every teacher of a well-designed course should be able to answer."
