This article starts by saying "Librarianship has lost its focus…" True. We ask ourselves if we are tecchie librarians or reading librarians. That’s the wrong question. We SHOULD be asking, how do we best serve our patrons? If we focus on the user, as this article suggests, the other questions take care of themselves (with our help, of course!)
