It’s May? I think I just took down the snowman bulletin board and the snowflakes are still on my desk waiting to be put in their little envelope where they will patiently wait for next year’s display. Wasn’t it around 30 degrees last week? When did all those leaves shoot out of the trees? I know that time is relative and the older I get the faster it seems to slip through my fingers. The school year is almost over and the kids are looking at the last day of school with deep longing and uncontrolled anticipation. It is almost in their grasp and they are determined to take down a few teachers before it gets here…(grin) Well don’t despair my library friends…there is much to celebrate during the month of May. Why not get started?
